Welcome to the Asia Pacific Consultative Link (APCL)

The APCL is a mechanism to facilitate communication and enhance cooperation between the civil aviation authorities of the Asia and Pacific regions.

The idea for the APCL was developed at the 42nd Conference of the Director's General of Civil Aviation Asia and Pacific Regions in 2005.

The site is maintained on a rotational basis by a host state known as the Focal Point.

Australia is currently acting as the Focal Point.

Access to this site is restricted to the civil aviation authorities of the Asia and Pacific regions. Please log in using your username and password.
