The Asia Pacific Consultative Link (APCL) is an online platform developed to facilitate communication and enhance cooperation between civil aviation authorities in the Asia and Pacific region. Conceptualised in 2005 at the 42^nd Conference of the Directors General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the APCL is currently managed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore which serves as its Focal Point.
